The NBA has been incredible this season. The Raptors have made the playoff finals for the first time, the Warriors are trying to make it three in a row, and there has been a wealth of top class play on show. But who will take the MVP award at the end of the season? It has been close all season with a number of different players staking a claim to be MVP at different points. Everyone knows though, you can have the best regular season ever but if you bottle it at the business end, you will not be taking home the title of MVP. Who is it likely to be?
Steph Curry
If you take notice of NJ Sports Betting, Steph Curry is the red hot favorite right now. Despite missing a chunk of the season through injury he has been in incredible form since returning to the Warriors frontline. Everything from his rebounds to his free throws seem to have improved, and he was theplayerbehind their impressive form in the Conference Finals. If the Warriors win the playoffs again, then this could finally be Curry’s year.
Kawhi Leonard
Leonard has had a great season and has been a majorreason why the Raptors have managed to make their first ever playoff final. While he is the underdog to Curry in the race for MVP, if the Raptors can pull off a shock win and take the playoffs, there is a good chance that Leonard will be able to steal that first ever MVP award away from Steph Curry.
